Simply So Events is a company with the goal to make your event as easy as possible for you.  We offer the following levels of service:

• Full Event Coordination
• This means that from step one to the event day, we will be right by your side for all important event planning meetings, vendor meetings, etc.  We'd take care of everything for you, and you can relax and know you're in good hands.   We realize you're a busy professional; we take care of all those little details so you don't have to.  
•  Partial Event Coordination
• This is for those people who would prefer to take care of many of the bigger & important event items, but would like some assistance in the smaller details.  This will include several pre-event meetings and full or partial day-of coordination.  
• Day-of Coordination
• Your event day can be the most hectic if you're not prepared.  Let us take care of you on that day.  This will include 2-3 pre-event meetings to discuss your timeline and other important details. 
  

Our rates are competitive and change based on service level and event requirements.  Please fill out the contact form with necessary information and we will contact you promptly.  There is no obligation on your part for estimates.
